Empowering employees usually seems to be a modern business strategy that is not favored by most of the organizational owners who have been in the business environment for very many years. Every other person who has been in the business world does not want to be in a situation where they will be competing with their workers. However, Sudhir Choudhrie has been empowering his employees without paying attention to what they will be doing after empowerment. The fear that most of the company leaders have been having is that most of the empowered employees will end up moving into other organizations. This operational aspect comes from the fact that those who have been leading their entities do not want to be involved in some difficult issues that require employee management. On the other hand, Sudhir Choudhrie has been giving his workers the freedom to do what they want after empowerment.
Obviously, Sudhir Choudhrie has not been able to maintain all the employees that he has been empowering in his organization. There have been some of them that have moved out to start their ventures. Others have moved to other organizations where they have been able to get more responsibilities and the power to handle such responsibilities. It is obvious that there is no entity that can be able to maintain all the workers that it has been having in its industrial operations in the market.
However, most of the employees have remained at the organization after empowerment. They are now handling some sensitive duties at the company while others have assumed some leadership duties in other leadership positions in the organization. Sudhir Choudhrie wanted such employees to have a sense of belonging because they have been trained in a company. That is why such workers have continued to handle some of the complex operational issues in their organizations.
