Empowering employees usually seems to be a modern business strategy that is not favored by most of the organizational owners who have been in the business environment for very many years. Every other person who has been in the business world does not want to be in a situation where they will be competing with their workers. However, Sudhir Choudhrie has been empowering his employees without paying attention to what they will be doing after empowerment. The fear that most of the company leaders have been having is that most of the empowered employees will end up moving into other organizations. They are now handling some sensitive duties at the company while others have assumed some leadership duties in other leadership positions in the organization. Sudhir Choudhrie wanted such employees to have a sense of belonging because they have been trained in a company. That is why such workers have continued to handle some of the complex operational issues in their organizations.
